Thank you for shopping with Tropical Ice Boxes. We offer both small-packet delivery for spare parts and freight options for larger products like ice boxes. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
Shipping Options
Small Items (Spare Parts & Accessories)
All spare parts and small accessories are sent via Australia Post. These items are typically shipped in padded envelopes with a flat rate Australia-wide.
Ice Boxes (Small, Medium & Large Freight Items)
Ice boxes are classified as bulky freight. We use third-party logistics carriers via Shippit, including Team Global Express (Toll IPEC), StarTrack, Direct Freight Express, Blacks Transport and other carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and your location.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after payment clears.
- Transit times vary depending on your location but are usually 3-10 business days within Australia.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave by default unless specified otherwise at checkout. Please ensure someone is available or the delivery location is secure.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all residential and commercial addresses within Australia. For PO boxes and parcel lockers, we only ship smaller items via Australia Post.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link first. If there's no update after 5 business days, contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier.
Freight Damage
If your ice box or item arrives damaged, please take clear photos and email us at info@tropicaliceboxes.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a solution.
