5-Year Manufacturing Warranty

Tropical Ice Boxes are backed by a 5-year manufacturing warranty on the ice box body and lid against defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty period begins from the original date of purchase.

What is Covered?

Our 5-year warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the ice box body and lid, including faults in materials or workmanship.

Replaceable Parts & Normal Wear

Some components of an ice box naturally wear over time and are designed to be replaceable.

These include:

Handles and rope
Straps
Latches and lid loops
Hinges
Seals
Rubber feet
Drain plugs and bungs
Other replaceable fittings and accessories

These components are not covered for normal wear and tear.

Many replacement components are available through our Spare Parts & Accessories range, helping you keep your Tropical Ice Box in service for longer.

What Isn't Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage or impact
Misuse, neglect or abuse
Modification or alteration of the product
Overloading or use outside the product's intended purpose
Improper cleaning, care or storage
Damage caused by prolonged exposure to excessive heat when the product is not in use

Commercial Use

Tropical Commercial Ice Boxes are designed for commercial, industrial and heavy-duty applications and are covered by our 5-year manufacturing warranty when used for their intended purpose.
