We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

✅ 30-Day Return Policy

You’ve got 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • You’ll need to provide a proof of purchase

📦 How Returns Work

  1. Contact us first before sending anything back — returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.
  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you:
    • A return shipping label
    • Instructions for how and where to send it

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, let us know straight away so we can sort it out quickly.

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom orders or personalised items
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or part?
The easiest way is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund once approved.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Bank or credit card processing times may vary

🔒 Warranty

Every Tropical Ice Box comes with a 10-year manufacturing warranty, covering faults or defects in the ice box.
This warranty applies to manufacturing issues only — because our boxes are built tough and designed for years of hard use.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing faults in the ice box

  • Structural issues that occur due to a manufacturing defect

What’s Not Covered

Regular wear-and-tear parts, including:

  • Lid loops

  • Buttons

  • Handles

  • Straps

  • Bungs

These components are considered consumable/replaceable parts and are not included in the manufacturing warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your ice box has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@tropicaliceboxes.com with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A brief description of the problem
