Warranty and Freight
The standard freight rates below are for deliveries to Major Cities and Towns in QLD - NSW - VIC - SA -
Tropical Ice Boxes reserves the right to refuse delivery at these standard rates for Remote and Regional areas. Please contact us for delivery quotes to Western Australia - Northern Territory and Tasmania or for Remote and Regional areas.
WARRANTY:
Tropical Ice Boxes will repair at no charge any fault occuring during normal usages, Faults covered by this warranty are those that are found to be caused by failure of materials or defective workmanship during the first 3 years from date of purchase.
Warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Damage caused by unreasonable usage.
- Transit costs to and from repair agent appointed by Tropical Iceboxes.
- Transit Insurance costs.
- Damage in transit.
Proof of purchase will be required so please retain your reciept. This warranty is not transferable. All returns for warranty and repairs must quote the Tropical Ice Boxes warranty repair number. Please contact Tropical Ice Boxes before despatch of returns.
