WARRANTY:
Tropical Ice Boxes will repair at no charge any fault occuring during normal usages, Faults covered by this warranty are those that are found to be caused by failure of materials or defective workmanship during the first 3 years from date of purchase.
Warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Damage caused by unreasonable usage.
- Transit costs to and from repair agent appointed by Tropical Downunder Iceboxes.
- Transit Insurance costs.
- Damage in transit.
Proof of purchase will be required so please retain your reciept. This warranty is not transferable. All returns for warranty and repairs must quote the Tropical Downunder Ice Boxes warranty repair number. Please contact Tropical Downunder Ice Boxes before despatch of returns.
